Now Open Seven Days, and kicking it off with Dinner with Barry

I think you're really going to enjoy the new Monday Tuesday Format. I'm going back to all the old dishes and recipes that I've been doing since the Bistro Days and before ...

After this week, you'll see that I have a tendancy to lean torwards Southern, Creole and Country French - ya gotta love all of those.
