Hard to believe it's January, and the weather is great out! Just got done making some eclairs, and prepping batter for tomorrow - actually pretty easy - time consuming though!
Looking forward to the weekend - Ramon and Denny tomorrow night, Rosemary & Frankie on Friday - then me and Ramon on Sunday.
